Who we are

The oldest registered builders who build only dental surgeries in Victoria

We are registered in this state, insured for $20 million in this state, have Work Cover in this state and are proudly Victorian.

We are qualified to design your practice, from fit-out of a shell to a complete building, and we use our drawings to obtain all the permits you need to get into your practice.

To design even a basic fit-out you must be a registered commercial builder, a draftsman or an architect. As registered commercial builders we take it from design to construction seamlessly. Unlike a draftsman or an architect, we are the builders, and we don’t sub-contract the work out to the lowest tenderer.

How a build runs

From site visit to handover

  1. 01

    Design & permits

    A meeting and inspection on site, a functional layout, a report on the premises, and the permits lodged on your behalf.

  2. 02

    Documentation

    A contract that details exactly what we deliver. If it isn’t documented, it isn’t delivered. Then surgery, sterilisation, plumbing and electrical designs.

  3. 03

    Construction

    Demolition, chair services in the floor, ceilings, frames, rough-in, plaster, paint, cabinetry and the fit-off of every service.

  4. 04

    Handover

    Practical completion, a joint inspection, your equipment installed, and you start trading.

We build. We don’t sell equipment.

We are builders and designers, first and only. We don’t sell you equipment, and we’re happy to point you to the equipment suppliers we’ve worked with for years.

We design and build your new practice and make sure all of your equipment infrastructure is in place, ready for installation. Dental equipment suppliers are specialists, just like a builder.
