Projects

There are essentially three types of construction project: new builds, renovations and fit-outs. We also design and build reception desks and dental cabinetry for every room of a practice.

Fit-outs make up the majority of dental practices. We usually start with an office or shop space that contains a floor, the outside walls and a roof, and build a suspended ceiling, new walls, electricity and plumbing inside that shell. A renovation sometimes also includes an extension. A new build starts with a vacant block, or a block with a building that needs demolition, and usually earthworks to get the right heights and ground levels.
